Shipping and Delivery

Thank you for choosing Lush Beauty Ave for your lashing and brow needs. We process orders Wednesday through Saturday, excluding major US holidays.

Orders will normally be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday ,Sunday and Monday will begin processing the following Tuesday. 

We are not responsible for shipping delays once possession of your package has been passed on to the postal service. 

COVID 19 DELAYS - Please be advised that the USPS, UPS, DHL, Fed Ex, and international carriers have suspended delivery guarantees since the beginning of the pandemic. They will not issue refunds for packages delivered late.

U.S. SHIPPING PRICING AND EXPECTED DURATION
Please note the following shipping times are estimated averages. Holidays and postal outages and customs processing may affect shipping times. All prices are in USD. Standard Shipping: $9 for two to five business days. Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM EST in order to be shipped on the same day. 

Shipping times may be affected by retail and major holidays (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing day, Christmas). Please allow for a reasonable delay. Customers who select expedited mail service will have their orders fulfilled in order of priority. 

*No orders will be shipped on Sunday. Orders placed after 2 PM EST Saturday will ship on the following Tuesday.
